U= inner energy

m= mass
c= speed of light
Energy is force’s, object’s or systems capacity to work.
Different shapes of energy can change into one another.
Energy never disappears.

So… Is it so that energy can turn into matter and matter into energy.
When you continue and search for quantum theory and theory of everything, your head is ready to explode.
